If you have a business or are a licensed practitioner and would like volume pricing or to private label our
Magnesium / Mica products you need to provide us with your Sales Tax number
assigned by your state's tax department. This may be done by emailing or faxing
a copy of your Sales Tax Certificate to us or by completing the
Missouri Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and submitting
it (a link appears on the form) or faxing it to us. BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR
EMAIL ADDRESS. Once the form is received you will be emailed the Wholesale Price
List.
If you do not want to private label the products but want to be a distributor
you will need to provide a signed, completed
Sales/Use Tax Exemption Certificate available here.
Fax the signed form to 888-424-3294. In order
to receive wholesale pricing, you must be an established business or
practitioner. Those wanting to be set up as Wholesale customers,
contact
us for instructions.
We ship via the least expensive
method (UPS, commercial truck, or USPS).
Established Wholesale customers may process orders through the shopping cart
however, the prices in the cart will NOT reflect your discount. Simply
type WHOLESALE in the Special Instructions
box and your discount will be applied when your order is processed.
